Chineham Park Running Club Training
As well as our Wednesday clubnights there are a further three additional coached group run sessions:
An easy/steady-paced coached 5 mile road run. Meeting at 7pm at a range of venues in Chineham. Ideal group runs for post-race ‘recovery runs’ and ‘improvers’ to gain more mileage. Suitable for all abilities.
‘Wednesday Coached Sessions’
Club coached sessions, delivered by our own coaching team. Suitable for all abilities.
‘Sunday Long Runs’
Minimum of 10 miles (road or trail) for members wishing to increase distance to build up and maintain fitness levels for half marathon distance road and trail events. Suitable for all abilities. Meeting at 8am at a range of venues on Sunday mornings (excluding days which clash with club races and XC series). Suitable for all abilities.
